Mental Training

This is your opportunity to develop techniques to help you focus, handle pressure, and maintain confidence needed to take your game to the next level.

Under the direction of Bend Hoops Coach Anna Lembke, these programs are designed to help any athlete improve. Most athletes spend countless hours developing only their physical bodies. Mental training recognizes that how an athlete feels and thinks can greatly impact performance. Developing mental training techniques can improve performance through confidence, consistency, and control.

Programs can be designed specific to each athlete, coach, sport and team. Each program will emphasize the following:

  • Creating positive self-talk & a positive mindset
  • Motivational techniques
  • Goal setting
  • Visualization & imagery
  • Mindfulness & relaxation techniques
  • Developing a healthier perspective regarding sport injury

Private Coaching

This is your opportunity to work with Anna in season or out of season. Sessions are tailored for each individuals specific needs. Exact time and location of meetings will be determined prior to first session.

** Individuals that sign up for any mental training sessions, MUST also fill out a Bend Hoops waiver to be kept on file. Waivers may be found towards the bottom of the Membership page or can be filled out in person at Bend Hoops.
