Developing Athletes

Strength and Conditioning at Bend Hoops can give anyone the opportunity to develop the strength, speed, and quickness needed to take any athlete’s game to the next level. Our programs can help any male or female athlete, whether you are a young basketball or volleyball player looking to improve vertical jump, a football or soccer player looking to improve quickness or a baseball player hoping to improve strength. Programs will be designed to improve over-all athleticism by:

  • Developing – strength
  • Improving – core strength and stability
  • Increasing – speed and agility
  • Improving – change of direction
  • Increasing – range of motion and flexibility

Trainer: Mich Juarez

Micah Juarez moved to Bend several years ago from Coachella Valley, California. Micah is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Micah is currently studying for a corrective exercise certification. Micah began weight lifting around 17 as a hobby initially to look and feel better.

Training Programs

Group Training (also known as the Libratum Training Club)

Group training- is designed to push you in every aspect of fitness, whether the goal is building muscle, losing weight, toning up or just getting a good sweat in- and releasing some stress. What we are about is burning fat, building muscle, building confidence and living better. 

Group training- will have a monthly charge of $150 for all access to the classes that occur from Monday-Friday. There is not a limit as to how many times a person can come to this class and this class will run from 6:00am till 6:50am.

The recommendation is that individuals come at least 2 to 3 days of Group Training per week.

General advice will be given on nutrition via email to participants. 1 on 1 diet advice will not be apart of this program.

Private (1 on 1) Training

An individualized training plan – tailored for you


1 on 1 custom training is recommended for clients 2-3 sessions per week to maximize results. Customized workout program, diet advice and motivation for you to be your best self. 1 on 1 training sessions will be held Monday – Friday 5:00am till 5:50am and 7:00am till 7:50am. First time 1 on 1 clients will get a HALF PRICE first session called a Fitness Consultation.

Each lesson and package is 50 minutes

  • One private lesson – $55
  • Package of 4 lessons – $210
  • Package of 8 lessons – $400
  • Package of 12 lessons – $540
  • Package of 14 lessons – $680

*Payment will be made to the trainer- at the gym- with cash or check only.
