An individualized training plan – tailored for you


1 on 1 custom training is recommended for clients 2-3 sessions per week to maximize results. Customized workout program, diet advice and motivation for you to be your best self. 1 on 1 training will be held Monday – Friday 5:00am till 5:50am and 7:00am till 7:50am. First time 1 on 1 clients will get a FREE first session called a Fitness Consultation.

Each lesson and package is based off of a 50 minute session.

One private lesson – $55

Package of 4 lessons – $210

Package of 8 lessons – $400

Package of 12 lessons – $540

Package of 14 lessons – $680

   *Payment will be made to the trainer- at the gym- with cash or check only.
